Martha's Potato Scones, Almost!
I saw this recipe a little while ago and pinned it in Pinterest for future reference. It looked so good, real comfort food and anything with mashed potato is good by me!
Today seemed like the perfect day to give these a try, Martha Stewart's Potato Scones . These aren't bread- like scones but more like what my mom would have called 'Tater Cakes'.
I followed this RECIPE exactly, except I used left over Mustard Mash ...
And I only had Cheddar Cheese in the fridge so I used that.
And one other thing, I divided the recipe in two and made a half batch of Potato Scones.
Other than that, I followed the recipe to the letter!
And they were LOVELY!

They look good! And surely they taste(d) good! Good idea to use Mustard Mash, and additional spice.
